Electrotherapy
Fernandová, Dominika ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the methods of physiatric treatment and realization of a generator and a device for electrotherapy. In the first part, electrotherapy is analyzed in detail and other methods are mentioned only briefly (they are listed here for completeness). When analyzing electrotherapy main attention was paid to electrical currents that are mainly used. Diagnoses for which electrotherapy is suitable are also mentioned. The second part of this thesis deals with designing a generator in LabView software and designing and implementing a device for electrotherapy.
Rehabilitation centre, Pasohlávky
Skříčková, Alžběta ; Císař, Lukáš (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a rehabilitation center, which is located in the cadastral area of the village Mušov on the border of the village Pasohlávky. It is a two-storey rehabilitation center with a gym and a partial basement. The thesis deepens the initiative of Thermal Pasohlávky, which plans to build a spa resort in the same section, combining elements of spa care, recreation and sports use. The object fulfills the function of a rehabilitation medical facility. The center is designed for up to 50 patients and is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of rehabilitation. We will find here several exercise rooms, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, doctor's office with waiting room and reception. Rehabilitation also includes a gym with access to the terrace and park. On the second floor we can find specialized department of ergotherapy for people with different types of disabilities and second functional part of the bulding designed for staff facilities. It is made up of staffing facilities, dressing rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The third functional part consist from the technical background of the building and is located on the ground floor. The object is designed as a wall system, built from sand-lime bricks km beta Sendvix and insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation made from mineral wool. Horizontal supporting structures are designed as reinforced concrete. The entire building is roofed with a flat roof. Wooden windows and doors are used in the building to fill the holes. Before the building is a parking lot for employees and visitors of the rehabilitation facility. The design respects the principles of barrier-free solutions. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of a project documentation for the execution of the construction.
Family House with Rehabilitative Centre
Jurutková, Zuzana ; Hlásková, Michaela (referee) ; Králová, Zuzana (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis solves with the new building object with establishment – the rehabilitative centre. The building has a partial basement. There is a garage and other technical rooms in the basement. On the first floor there is an operating part, other rooms on the first floor and in the attic are apointed for living.
Apparatus for electrotherapy
Kopečný, Josef ; Kolář, Radim (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
In the beginning of this thesis are described principles of physiatric treatment. The electrotherapy is analysed in more detail. Firstly with respect to the conduction of current into the skin, secondly with respect to using of various kinds of currents, which are normally used for this electrotherapy. Also electrodes and conversion of current between electrode and the skin are mentioned. The last part of this thesis focused on the proposition and realization of simple apparatus for this electrotherapy.
Micro-pulse stimulation and its use in physiatric treatment
Nedvědová, Marie ; Kolouch, Jaromír (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
General part of the Bachelor´s thesis follows the electrical current with all its effects on the human organism. There is confronted both positive therapeutic usage in physiatric treatment and negative influence on man because of its electrical dangerous activity. The following research brings the newest information about pulsed current use in electrotherapy. The research results are summarized in an overview of the selected electrotherapeutic methods. This is also a point of departure for practical part of the project – micro-pulse stimulator design. The early conception of the stimulator´s circuit function was based on the simulation with the usage of PSpice. The theoretical device draft peaks with the functional sample realization and there were taken some records of the pulse time course by the oscilloscope measurements with this sample.
Electrotherapy
Vodochodská, Andrea ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This thesis deals with types of physiatric treatment as phototherapy, thermotherapy, cryotherapy and mechanotherapy. But primarily with electrotherapy, which is divided into two groups, distant and contact. In this thesis modes and principles of using electrotherapy are described. The main attention is paid to analysis of individual electrical currents which are mainly used in the process of electrotherapy. The final part of the thesis deals with design of battery powered generator for electrotherapy.
Sanatorium with speleotherapy for children in Ostrov u Macochy
Promna, Denisa ; Odvárka, Antonín (referee) ; Žalmanová, Petra (advisor)
The main idea was to choose a child as a measure of design. Immerse yourself in his world and his perception of space - keep in mind his needs. What did the place where he would be able to recover from respiratory problems look like? Was she in the hospital? What kind of room was that? What was that for? place? Did nature play any meaning in that? Would you like to go back there? How does she remember him? The aim was to create a place that resembles the hospital environment as little as possible, is in direct contact with nature and attracts to get to know it more. The stay in the hospital should be more reminiscent of spending holidays at school in nature. How to avoid austere hospital premises? Is there such a guide at all? Should I draw inspiration elsewhere? Where do we go to gain strength from everyday worries? In nature, of course. And how does this need translate into architecture? And we have at all such architecture? The answer to the questions I asked was the cottage. House created for a stay in nature. But how to lift it to something richer and more interesting? There was something else that fascinated me as a child spending time in Luhačovice - the spa environment. How these two forms to connect?
Design of Microwave Diathermy Therapeutic Machine
Havlíčková, Klára ; Siebert, Petr (referee) ; Rubínová, Dana (advisor)
My thesis is focused on design of a microwave diathermy therapeutic machine. Its main goal is to improve a shape, technical solution, ergonomics and visual aspects of nowadays microwave diathermy machines and to innovate this part of technology, ergonomics, economics and the usage of this device on the field of physiotherapeutical care.
Electrotherapy
Slavíček, Milan ; Rampl, Ivan (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
Aim those work is suggest simple generator for electropathy. In exordium deal with features weaving and fission current used in the electrotherapy. Draft part then includes proposal single part generator and calculations needed to achievement purposes. Result is then diagram simple generator for production Träbert flows and list parts.
Effect of electrical stimulation on soft tissue healing
Fošumpaur, Karel ; Jeníček, Jakub (advisor) ; Angerová, Yvona (referee)
First and last name: Karel Fošumpaur Supervisor: Mgr. Jakub Jeníček, Ph.D. Opponent of the thesis: Name of the thesis: Effect of electrical stimulation on soft tissue healing Abstract of the thesis: This bachelor thesis summarizes the current state of knowledge regarding the effectiveness of electrical stimulation on soft tissue healing by providing an overview of the issue. The aim of the thesis is to describe the current level of research on the subject in terms of its completeness, current stage and limitations. Fifteen peer-reviewed, relevant articles were included and analyzed through a systematic search. Through analytical analysis and evaluation of the studies, it is determined whether and under what conditions electrical stimulation is effective for soft tissue healing. The articles presented include studies testing the effectiveness of electrical stimulation for healing structurally damaged muscle, tendon, skin and ligament. The work provides a largely positive conclusion regarding the healing effect of electrical stimulation. Key words: electrical stimulation, healing, soft tissue, muscle, tendon, skin, connective tissue, ligament, regeneration, reparation, electrotherapy
